The Group UP is an independent Group with a turnover of 317 million euros, and operating internationally in services to companies, to works councils, to communities, and to individuals. Its objective is to facilitate people’s day-to-day lives all over the world.

The mission was executed in two stages:

  1. Identification and choice of the IBM Websphere Commerce solution

  2. Roll-out of the IBM Websphere sales software

The results

  • The integration of solutions known on the market for their flexibility and reliability.
  • Creation and implementation of ‘Appli’ce’, a global management solution for works councils. The solution was applied in an efficient, ergonomic and straightforward way, and has brought with it key competitive, differentiating elements.
  • The Appli’ce solution was immediately adopted by the beneficiaries and the works councils.
